How long has Rockford been in business?
Rockford was founded in 1991 and to date has constructed over 3000 units throughout Alberta.
When will I be able to take possession?
This depends on the stage of construction at the time of purchase – We usually have a variety of completed units available for immediate possession – And other units at different stages of construction that could take 3 or 4 months to make finishing touches – or up to 10-12 months if we are starting from the ground up.
Who are our buyers?
Our purchasers are wanting to spend their time doing what’s important to them, versus things like the maintenance of snow removal and lawn care.
