With quality and service, we walk the walk. Our Service and Warranty Program consists of checks to ensure your home is functioning as it should when we hand you the keys, and through its first year.

Pre-occupancy walk through

  • acquaint customers with the functionality of their new homes
  • locate important items like water shut-offs
  • review simple home-owner maintenance items
  • check to ensure all customer upgrades and changes have been installed as per the change orders on the file

30 day service check

  • review any items that still may need follow-up from possession

11 month service review

  • review any items which may need attention prior to the expiration of the one year limited warranty
